INDW vs WIW: Indian women’s cricket team beat the West Indies women’s cricket team by 6 wickets in the 9th match of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup at Capetown. Richa Ghosh & Harmanpreet Kaur took India home with 11 balls to spare. India chased down the target of 119 runs in 18.1 overs with the loss of 4 wickets. Richa Ghosh scored 44 runs from 32 balls with 6 fours. Richa Ghosh played superbly and strikes the ball all over the park. Indian women’s team skipper Harmanpreet Kaur also made 33 runs from 42 balls. She smashed 3 fours in her innings. Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma took 3 wickets in the West Indies innings and did not allow their batsman to score runs. Deepti Sharma received the Player of the Match Award for her excellent bowling.

Stafanie Taylor and Shemaine Campbelle made a partnership of 73 runs from 12.2 overs for the 2nd wicket. They both gave a good foundation to the team to score quick runs at the end of the innings. Stafanie Taylor made 42 runs from 40 balls with 6 fours and stayed on the crease for 59 minutes. Meanwhile, Shemaine Campbelle also showed some good hands and scored 30 runs from 36 balls with 3 fours.

INDW vs WIW: Carribeans have been unable to build up the momentum got by Stafanie Taylor and Shemaine Campbelle. West Indies Women lost 3 wickets in the space of just 2 runs. Deepti Sharma bowled superbly in the middle overs and has not allowed the batsman to score runs freely.
At first, she dismissed Shemaine Campbelle for 30 runs to Smriti Mandhana and then trapped Stafanie Taylor in front of the wicket and got LBW. Just after some moments, Chinelle Henry got run out by Smriti Mandhana’s superb throw.
INDW vs WIW: In the end, Chedean Nation and Shabika Gajnabi scored some vital runs and took the West Indies Women’s Cricket team to a respective total of 118 runs. Chedean Nation made 21 runs from 18 balls with a four and Shabika Gajnabi made 15 runs from 13 balls with 2 fours.
Deepti Sharma is been phenomenal with the ball and claimed 3 big and crucial wickets. Meanwhile, Pooja Vastrakar and Renuka Singh Thakur got a 1-1 wicket each.

INDW vs WIW: Indian openers Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma came to the crease to start the chase. Both the openers got a good start and made 32 runs partnership for the 1st wicket in just 3.3 overs. Ramharack dismissed Smriti Madhana through Williams. Smriti got out on just 10 runs from 7 balls and hit 2 fours. Just in the next over the last match superstar against Pakistan Jemimah Rodrigues also got out. West Indies skipper Hayley Mathews did a caught & bowled to Jemimah Rodrigues. Jemimah only scored 1 run and went back to the pavilion.
INDW vs WIW: In the space of 14 balls, India lost their 3rd wicket into the form of Shafali Verma. Rahmarack dismissed Shafali Verma for 28 runs off 23 balls. She smashed 5 fours in her small inning. The Indian score suddenly looked like 43/3 after 7.1 overs.

INDW vs WIW: Indian Women’s cricket team wicket-keeper batter Richa Ghosh and Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur took India home comfortably. They both made 62 runs partnership for the 4th wicket in 65 balls. They made a slow and steady partnership which ensured India crossed the line easily.
Richa Ghosh scored 44 runs from 32 balls with 5 fours in her crucial knock. Richa Ghosh remained not out in the match. Harmanpreet Kaur made 33 runs from 42 balls with 3 fours. Harmanpreet Kaur lost her wicket in trying to complete the match with a six. She lofted the ball in the air which is caught by Shemaine Campbelle. Henry took her wicket in the 17th over. When four runs were required from 12 balls Richa Ghosh smashed a 4 toward the fine leg and completed the match and victory for India.

INDW vs WIW: India star all-rounder Deepti Sharma claimed the Player of the Match Award for her match-winning bowling. Deepti bowled exceptionally well in the match against West Indies.
