Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha: Gautama Buddha Nagar Parliamentary Constituency is one among 80 Lok Sabha constituencies in Uttar Pradesh state in northern India. This constituency extends over the Bulandshahr and Gautam buddha Nagar districts and came into continuation in 2008 as part of the execution of delimitation of Parliamentary Constituencies based on the directions of the Delimitation Commission of India constituted in 2002. Lok Sabha constituency literacy rate is 64.11%. Presently Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok sabha constituency constitutes five Vidhan Sabha segments. Where Jewar, Noida, and Dadri fall under G B Nagar district, and Sikandrabad and Khurja fall under Bulandshahr district. Dr. Mahesh Sharma of BJP won the Gautam buddha Nagar Lok Sabha constituency with a verge of 3,36,922 votes by beating Satveer of BSP.

Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha: Dr. Mahesh Sharma of the BJP is the existing MP of the Gautam Buddha Nagar constituency. He secured a total number of 8,30,812 votes. He defeated Satveer of BSP by achieving a margin of 3,36,922 votes. The total number of votes Satveer secured is 4,93,890.

Dr. Mahesh Sharma is an Indian politician who is associated with the BJP and currently working as a Member of Parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha from the Gautam Buddha Nagar seat. By profession, he is a physician and possesses the Kailash Group of Hospitals based in Noida. He got elected in the 2014 Indian General Election from Gautam Buddha Nagar. He was appointed as a Minister of State (Independent charge) for Culture and Tourism and Civil Aviation on November 12, 2014.

Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha: He also worked as the first MLA of Noida Vidhan Sabha in Uttar Pradesh. He also played a lead role in forming the vision of the Bhartiya Janata Party at the state and also in the central levels. Currently, perceiving his party organizational skills and experience, Sharma has been assigned in charge of BJP Tripura for the forthcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections. In the 2019 parliamentary elections, Sharma became for the second time Member of Parliament (17th Lok Sabha) after successfully finishing his first tenure in the Modi government. He achieved the parliamentary elections by obtaining more than 50 percent of the total votes posted in the Gautam Buddha Nagar constituency.

By winning a massive margin of over 27,000 votes, Sharma became the first MLA of Noida. Like other politicians, Sharma also began his political career at an early age. He was a devoted follower of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He was connected with ABVP since his school days and joined BJP as a sporty member. Sharma is a doctor by profession and got hitched to Uma Sharma on January 22, 1987.

Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha: The first parliamentary election was held in Gautam Buddha Nagar in 2009. Surendra Singh Nagar of the Bahujan Samaj Party embellished as a Member of Parliament. He remained a the member of Bahujan Samaj Party from May 2008 to 2014. He merged with the Samajwadi Party before the Lok Sabha elections in 2014.
