Not only this, but Shashi Tharoor has also made the challenge not to reveal the names of proposer’s to the public.

Until now, Kharge has trusted internal support from the Gandhi family and could simply win the race, but Shashi Tharoor, who exceptionally talks about the new vision, has a long list of supporters. At some point, Tharoor’s proponents are saying that he is being pressured to withdraw the nomination. Those proponents are MP’s Karti Chidambaram, and Mohammad Javed Pradyut Bardoloi.

While talking about Kharge’s political career, Kharge started his career being the Student Union Leader in the Government College, Gulbarga. He joined the Student Union at starting of his political career. The Leader was the General Secretary of the student body. He embellished as a legal advisor to the MSK’s mills employees’ union. In 1969, he joined the Indian National Congress and became known as President of the Gulbarga city Congress Committee.

He first went for the Karnataka State Assembly Elections in 1972 and achieved from Gurmitkal constituency. He determined the chairman of the state-owned Leather Development Corporation and served to improve the living standards of the cobblers who were losing themselves up to the leather tanning industry. During that time, woodshed cum residences built across the state for their benefit.

In 1978, he elected as the second time MLA from the Gurmitkal constituency. He then appointed as the Minister of State for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj in the Devraj Urs Ministry. He became the Minister for revenue in the Gundu Rao cabinet in 1980. By this time, his focus was land refinement, emerging in giving occupation rights to millions of landless tillers and labourers.

He elected 5th time to the Karnataka State Assembly from Gurmitkal in 1989. The portfolio he had earlier brought him a severe change. Then, He elected 6th time and 7th time to Karnataka State Assembly from Gurmitkal for various positions. But in 2005, he then, appointed president of the Karnataka Pradesh congress committee. After the panchayat elections, Congress won the largest number of seats compared to JDS and BJP specifying a revival of congress fortunes in the Karnataka rural areas.

He was elected for the track record for the ninth time consecutive to the Assembly from Chitapur. Well, when Congress put forward a better election in 2004, the Congress off the right track election many senior leaders lost. Kharge contested the General Elections from Gulbarga Parliamentary Constituency and won his tenth consecutive election. Kharge appointed as leader of the opposition of Rajya sabha on February 12, 2021.

Mallikarjun kharge was born on July 21,1942, and is an Indian Politician. He is now a Member of Parliament, Rajya sabha from Karnataka. He is also the leader of the opposition of Rajya sabha. Kharge is the former Minister of Railways and Minister of Labour and Employment in the Government of India. He is also a member of the INC party. The track record of winning the election is outstanding.

He won the 10th consecutive time. Mallikarjun completed his schooling at Nutan Vidyalaya in Gulbarga. He pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Arts at the Government college, Gulbarga. Also, he pursued a law degree from Seth Shankar Lal Lahoti Law College in Gulbarga. He begins his legal practice as a junior in Justice Shivaraj Patil’s office. He fought cases for labour unions early in his legal career.

Kharge, the Member of Parliament, is the originator chairperson of the Siddharth Vihar Trust. He built the Buddha Vihar in Gulbarga, India. The politician is the contributor to Chowdiah Memorial Hall, one of the theatre venues and premier concert in Bangalore.

He helped the centre get over its accounts and aided the centre’s renovation plan. Kharge was hitched to Radhabai on May 13 1968. He has two daughters and three sons. Kharge, well versed in the dynamics of legislation, administration and politics, belongs to a Scheduled Caste MP from Karnataka. He was MLA for 40 yrs and MP for 5 years. Kharge was born to Mapanna and Saibavva. He has children named Priyank, Rahul, and Milind and two daughters named Priyadarshini and Jayashree. His son Priyank is a congress MLA and former Karnataka minister; all other children have a low profile.
