AUS: The Australian cricket team is all out for 197 runs in the first innings of the 3rd Test Match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Indian bowlers just bowled out Aus in 76.3 overs. Usman Khwaja is the top scorer for Aus with 60 runs from 147 balls. Aus batters Peter Handscomb and Cameron Green did not last too long against Indian bowlers on Day 2. Peter Handscomb has been the first blood for India on Day 2. He departs for 19 runs from 98 balls with the help of 1 four. Shreyas Iyer caught him on a silly point on the ball of Ravichandran Ashwin.

Australian batters like Peter Handscomb and Cameron Green found too much difficulty to handle the reverse swing of Indian pacer Umesh Yadav. Umesh Yadav bowled exceptionally well in the morning session. He did not allow any Australian batter to settle down. Umesh Yadav took 3 wickets for just 12 runs from his 5 overs. He caught Australian all-rounder Cameron Green in front of the wicket for just 21 runs. Cameron Green faced 57 balls and struck 2 fours in his short and valuable innings. Umesh Yadav picked the wicket of Mitchell Starc and Todd Murphy in quick succession. Umesh Yadav was making his comeback in this match and made it beautifully.

Indian Pacer Umesh Yadav and star Indian all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin wrapped up the Australian innings in the blink of an eye. After the dismissal of Peter Handscomb and Cameron Green, no one is been able to cross the 2-digit mark for the Australian side. Alex Carey, Mitchell Starc, Nathan Lyon, and Todd Murphy made 3, 1, 5, and 0 runs respectively. Umesh Yadav and Ravichandran Ashwin took 3-3 wickets each. Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja picked up 4 wickets for 78 runs from 32 overs with an economy of 2.43.
