PES vs LAH: Peshawar Zalmi skipper Babar Azam won the toss and decided to bat first. The opening duo of Babar Azam and Saim Ayub added 107 runs for the 1st wicket in just 10.4 overs. Lahore Qalandars leg spinner Rashid Khan broke the partnership of Peshawar Zalmi. He dismissed Saim Ayub for 68 runs from 36 balls to Sam Billings. Peshawar skipper Babar Azam batted calmly and composedly. He made 50 runs from 41 balls with the help of 4 fours and 2 sixes. Haris Rauf dismissed Babar Azam at long on through the hands of David Wiese.

PES vs LAH: Peshawar Zalmi lost their last 8 wickets on just 39 runs. They bowled out from 168/2 to 207/10. Lahore Qalandars skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi took 4 wickets for his team. He conceded only 31 runs for his 4 wickets from 4 overs. Haseebullah Khan and Tom Kohler Cadmore are the only two who crossed the 2-digit figure after Babar Azam and Saim Ayub. Tom Kohler Cadmore scored 36 runs from 16 balls. He hit 2 fours and 3 sixes in his short and valuable inning. Meanwhile, Haseebullah Khan made 12 runs from 7 balls.

PES vs LAH: Lahore Qalandars did not start well in the chase. They lost the wicket of Shawaiz Irfan in the very first over. Arshad Iqbal dismissed him on the 5th ball of the first over for a duck. Peshawar Zalmi took the first 4 wickets of the Lahore Qalandars on a very cheap total. The Lahore score became 21/4 after the dismissal of the in-form batter Abdullah Shafique. Azmatullah got rid of Abdullah Shafique for just 7 runs from 12 balls. Pacer Wahab Riaz took 2 wickets in a quick succession of Fakhar Zaman and Sam Billings. Sam Billings scored a golden duck for the Lahore Qalandars.

PES vs LAH: Shaheen and Hussain Talat added 114 runs for Lahore

PES vs LAH: Lahore Qalandars skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi promoted himself in the order and came down to the wicket after the loss of 4 wickets. He came ahead of Sikandar Raza and David Wiese for his team. Hussain Talat and Shaheen Shah Afridi added 114 runs for the 5th wicket partnership. Hussain Talat made 63 runs from 37 balls with the help of 4 fours and 5 sixes. Shahen Shah Afridi made 52 runs from 36 balls with a strike rate of 144.44. He hit 3 fours and 5 sixes in his innings. In the end, the effort of Hussain Talat and Shaheen Afridi was not enough to take his team over the required total. Lahore fell short of 35 runs against Peshawar Zalmi.

Wahab Riaz and Arshad Iqbal took 3 wickets each meanwhile Azmatullah and Aaamer Jamal took 2 and 1 wicket respectively.

PES vs LAH: Peshawar Zalmi opener Saim Ayub got the Player of the Match Award for his brilliant innings. Saim Ayub made 68 runs from 36 balls with the help of 8 fours and 3 sixes. He is been phenomenal throughout his innings. He played some gorgeous shots all over the park against Lahore Qalandars.

Lahore Qalandars are still on the top of the HBL PSL Points Table. Lahore won 6 matches out of the 8 matches and remained on top with 12 balls. Meanwhile, Peshawar Zalmi moved up in the HBL PSL Points Table. Peshawar is placed in 4th position with 8 points in 7 matches.
