Krejcikova and Siniakova will compete against Japanese 10-seeds Shuko Aoyama and Ena Shibahara in the Championship match. These players defeated American 2nd seeds Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula 6-2/ 7-6 surviving 4 set points in the process.

The Czech team is aiming to add additional Women’s Doubles Grand Slam victory to 6. They have already won together. Which includes Wimbledon and the US Open from the previous year. Despite having to leave Roland Garros due to Krejcikova’s positive Covid test. The duo hasn’t dropped the Doubles match in a Grand Slam since the US Open 2021.
