Brazil vs South Korea: Record-time winners are prepared to host an encounter with Argentina on the biggest platform. On Tuesday, Brazil went into its key semifinal encounter versus South Korea as the top contender. Owing to an ankle setback, the star of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) happened to miss Brazil’s key Group G matches. Neymar’s dominated the Son Heung-min-led team in Neymar’s return game and advanced to the World Cup quarterfinals as a result. Brazilians defeated Korea Republic 4-1 in Stadium 974 thanks to strikes from Vinicius Junior, Neymar, Richarlison, and Lucas Paqueta.

A few moments after Richarlison’s goal, South Korean player Jung Woo-Young fouled him in the box, allowing Neymar to have an opportunity to extend the advantage. With a flawless penalty kick, the Paris Saint-Germain star sealed it 2-0 within 15 minutes by sending Kim Seung-Gyu the opposite way.

Around the half-hour mark, Richarlison sealed it 3-0 by scoring the simplest of finishing into the South Korean net. This came after some outstanding tactical brilliance and deft passing with Thiago Silva at the upper edge of the penalty area.

Just after the break, Son Heung-Min of Tottenham Hotspur forced an outstanding stop from Alisson. While Raphinha was twice prevented at the other extreme as he attempted to increase Brazil’s lead.

The inevitable happened as South Korea’s World Cup came to an abrupt end versus the strong title favorites. Despite keeping Brazil scoreless in the 2nd quarter and netting an incredible late compensation goal through Paik Seung-Ho.

The Brazilian athletes grabbed a group shot after the game and put up a banner with Pele on it to greet him well.

Despite the obvious focus on Neymar and his offensive teammates. Brazil has a last line of defense that can be compared to anybody at this tournament. With Weverton seeing play and Ederson, a world-class backup from Manchester City. Alisson was brilliant, deflecting a long-range shot from Hwang Hee-chan prior to actually recovering fast to prevent him. After the interval and sprinting off his line to stop Tottenham’s Son Heung-min when he was clear through. South Korea hardly gave up attempting to generate possibilities, but Alisson was exceptional

South Korea’s attempt went in vain

Brazil vs South Korea: Brazil has many of offensive options, but they also have Alisson for defense. Who has carried over his excellent form from the club level during this season to the world championship.

South Korea attempted to slow down the game in response to the strength of Brazil’s assault. But additional opportunities for Raphinha and Vinicius Jr. materialized despite the greatest endeavors of the men in red.

South Korea put in more effort on defense and maintained to have opportunities on offense. But they were severely defeated by one of the top teams in the world thanks to only one goal.
