Proper Diet: The researchers focus on an area deep into the brain known as the “Nucleus Accumbens” which is called to play a major role in managing functions. Well, cells have several mechanisms in place to free oxidative species out, restoring the cell’s chemical balance.

Proper Diet: The technique first researchers used is known as “ Proton Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy” which can estimate. And quantify the biochemistry in a specific region of the brain in a non-intrusive way. The researchers enforced the technique to the nucleus accumbens of both rats and humans to calculate the levels of GSH. They then contrast those levels to how well or poorly humans and animals put down in standardized, effort-related tasks that calculate motivation. They found that the higher level of GSH in the nucleus accumbens is interrelated with better and steady performance in the motivation tasks.
