During the GT vs KKR game on Sunday, Rinku Singh made 48 runs in 21 balls. The match for KKR seems to be tough and impossible to win until some wonders happen. Everyone in the stadium fans, the opposite team, and even KKRs lost hope of winning except Rinku. In the last over, KKR needed 28 runs in five balls. The score was the toughest to achieve and almost impossible but Rinku Singh took his bat and smashed five sixes consecutively to lead the team to wins.
He became the hero of the moment and even got applause from GT fans. The IPL has uncovered many talented players over the last 15 years but none have seen anyone like Rinku Singh. He created history and became the first-ever batter to smash five consecutive sixes.
He comes from a poor family, his father Khanchandra delivers LPG gas cylinders to homes, and his brother works as a sweeper in a coaching center. Rinku was offered the job of sweeping and mopping in the coaching center when he wasn’t playing cricketer professionally. He said in a video shared by KKRs on Twitter.
