Varanasi Parliamentary Constituency is one of the 80 Lok Sabha present in Uttar Pradesh in Northern India. Narendra Modi has been elected two times from this parliamentary constituency to become the Prime Minister of India. At the same time, Indore is known to be the top cleanest city in the sixth consecutive year. Varanasi failed to achieve the status under Narendra Modi among the top 10 cleanest cities.
As India admired the eight years of Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan, Draupadi Murmu , the President of India congratulated the aspirants of the cleanest city in the state. Varanasi did not find the top position in the category of Ganga Town and remains with a score of 66 after Hardwar, who scored 70 this year. Varanasi sticks to the 21st position with a score of 4734.60 after Meerut, Prayagraj and Lucknow.

Narendra Modi: The Great Pillar of India
Currently, the MP of Varanasi Narendra Modi of the BJP ( Bharatiya Janata party). Born and raised in Vadnagar of Gujarat, Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister of India. From 2001 to 2014, Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. He is also the member of Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh. The RSS found him at the age of eight. He is the longest serving Prime Minister outside the INC. He was working in a tea stall of his father as a child in the railway station. He was wedded to Jashodaben Chimanlal Modi. Modi has contended to travel north India for two years after leaving his parental home.

After the BJP-led NDA (National Democratic Alliance) won a landslip in the Lok Sabha (Parliamentary) election in 2014, Modi was vowed as Prime Minister of India. The Incident Of Godhra
A train with several passengers burned in Godhra on 27 February 2002, killing approximately 60 people. The train was carrying many Hindu passengers who were returning from Ayodhya after a religious ceremony at the place of the destroyed Babri Masjid. Modi announced ot as a terrorist attack orchestrated and planned by local Muslims. The next day Vishwa Hindu Parishad called a ‘Bandh’ across the state. The rampage began during the Bandh. And also, anti-Muslim brutality spread through Gujarat.

The first General Election of parliamentary constituency was held in 1984 in Varanasi. Here Indian National Congress’s Shyam Lal Yadav scored 153,076 votes. Among them, CPI Udal scored 58,646 votes, which is 15.97. JP Atahar Jamalal Lari scored 50, 392 votes. Omprakash Singh of BJP scored 46, 904. And Gauri Shankar of lok dal scored 40, 281, which is in percentage is 40,281. Where the majority is 94,430 and the turnout is to be 368,112.
