After consecutive hundreds from Marnus Labuschagne and Steven Smith propelled Australians into a dominating stance during the opening Test. Tagenarine Chanderpaul, a West Indies rookie, withstood a short ball attack midway on day 2 on a green Optus Stadium surface.
